- Creative Expression: Open-ended art projects with scissors, glue, clay, and loose parts to develop fine motor skills.
- Physical Play: Outdoor activities to develop gross motor skills like throwing, catching, kicking, and bouncing.
- Quiet Time: A period for rest or quiet exploration to recharge.
